SHOTGUNS: Mail-ordered shotguns must be returned to our facility within ten business days, in the same condition as when originally shipped, for a full refund of purchase price only--shipping will not be reimbursed. New shotguns picked up at our Massillon location are not returnable (unless received as a gift and we were made aware of the possibility of return at time of purchase). Pre-owned shotguns (excluding those that are unfired) picked up at our Massillon location may be test fired and can be returned within ten days.

PRIMERS and POWDER: We do NOT refund or exchange any primers or powders once they have left our Massillon location. (Note: we do not mail order any primers or powders.)

AMMUNITION: We do NOT refund any ammunition, but we will exchange full cases only if they have been unopened and packaging is in original condition, within 30 days of purchase.

CLAY TARGETS: We do not refund or exchange any clay targets.

ALL OTHER ITEMS: We will exchange or refund all other regularly stocked items if returned within 60 days. Any close-out priced clothing or other items must be returned within 7 days. Any special ordered/custom items are not returnable.
